OPPOSITION TO THE LEGALIZATION OF SLOT MACHINES
RESOLVED, that the 224th Convention of the Diocese of Maryland, meeting May 2-3, 2008, voices its opposition to the legalization of slot machines within the state of Maryland; and be it further
RESOLVED, that this Convention express this opposition through official channels by letter to the Governor of Maryland and letters to delegates and senators in the State Legislature.
