The Terms and Conditions of the existing Letter of Agreement between the parties above dated [Day Month Year] are hereby amended to include the following adjustments to compensation in accord with the appropriate resolutions from the Convention of the Diocese of Maryland.

The Rector's annual Total Cash Compensation will be [amount], paid monthly on or before the [date] day of the month. If housing in a rectory is not provided, upon the cleric's request, the Vestry will designate a portion of the total cash salary as “Housing Allowance” according to the Federal Internal Revenue Code.
